The Caldwell Partners International is a retained executive recruiting firm. We work on behalf of corporate clients in all industries to find executives for immediate and specific positions. As a consequence, we are not able to represent individuals in their search for new opportunities. However, we are always interested in receiving your biographical information.

We identify potential candidates for our clients in a variety of ways. Our career advertising may draw your attention to an opportunity of interest. We also approach candidates that are identified through research and sourcing contacts with individuals. The Caldwell Partners International works with you, the executive, to understand your strengths, your career trajectory, and your concerns. Caldwell builds trusted, long-term confidential relationships with senior leaders.

If you are a senior executive, and you would like to send us your résumé; for consideration, you may do so on-line. We will then review it against all of the projects we are working on to see if there is a potential fit. Please be aware, however, that as much as we would like to be in touch with each person who is in contact with us, our time commitment to our clients prevents us from responding to unsolicited résumés unless they match a current search need.
