Chris Laubitz joined Caldwell in 1986 and has extensive experience recruiting executive leadership talent and board members. He boasts a solid national and international track record that encompasses the energy (clean technology), communications, business services, technology, and industrial (aerospace, distribution, manufacturing) sectors.

Chris has worked closely with private equity businesses to match leadership talent in their portfolio companies with the set objectives. He also has done extensive work on succession and transition planning in family owned enterprises.

Prior to joining Caldwell, Chris gained extensive management experience with Xerox Learning Systems, Sun Life, and Olivetti.

Chris volunteers with SickKids Foundation – Leaders, and is on the Advisory Council of the Schulich School of Business at York University; the Advisory Board of the Metropolitan Toronto Zoo Capital Campaign; the Advisory Round Table of The Learning Partnership; and past cabinet member of the United Way of Greater Toronto. Chris is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business.
