Denise Tobin specializes in senior-level search assignments for North American and multinational companies within the advanced technology and professional services marketplace. She brings with her more than a decade of experience in the telecommunications and convergent technologies industries as well as previous executive search experience, where she has built a reputation for her commitment to quality and client service.

Denise was a Senior Partner with Korn/Ferry and a member of the Global Technology Market where she was presented The Client Satisfaction of the Year Award- Technology, in2007 . Her earliest executive search experience was with Illsley Bourbonnais and the Highland Partners' organizations. The majority of her search work has focused on the wireless and broader-based telecommunications industry, with a particular focus on software, hardware and in professional services.

Throughout her career, she has worked extensively in helping create leadership teams for leading North American and multinational organizations, as well as venture capital groups, helping them attract senior talent to their investments.

Before entering the executive search industry, Denise held a variety of management positions within BCE, Unitel/AT&T Canada and a subsidiary of Nortel.

Denise's community activity includes roles as co-founder of the Easter Seals Corporate Challenge and the Toronto Citizen of the Year Awards. She is also a past Board member of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, and is currently on the Board of Green Shield Canada. Denise received her Bachelor's Degree from Queen's University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Education Programme.
