Doug Mann joined Caldwell Partners in 2009 and is based in New York, where his principal focus is the growth and management of a Global Insurance Executive Search Practice, with an emphasis on serving clients in the U.S. Insurance Sector. Mr. Mann brings 14 years experience leading and managing executive search assignments in all sectors of insurance and across all functions, including engagements for clients in both domestic and international markets.

Doug was previously a Managing Director and Global Insurance Practice Leader for Ferguson Partners Executive Search. Prior to Ferguson Partners, he was a Principal Consultant in the Global Insurance Practice of Highland Partners, now part of Heidrick & Struggles. Before that, he was a consultant with CSG International prior to its merger with Ward Howell International in 1995. Ward Howell was eventually acquired by LAI Worldwide, which was then acquired by TMP Worldwide in 1999 and was later spun off as TMP/Hudson Highland Group. Doug previously worked in insurance/financial services sales and marketing for Mutual of New York.

Mr. Mann holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing / Communications focus from St. John's University in New York City.
