Drawing on 12 years of experience placing more than 200 senior executives in the local business community, Drew Railton is regularly sought by clients to assist with board, CEO and senior executive recruitment needs.

Prior to joining Caldwell Partners in 2006, Drew was a regional vice president and general manager, Western Canada with Toombs KWA and previous to that spent seven years recruiting executives across North America with Russell Reynolds and a leading Western Canada boutique.

Before joining the executive search industry, Drew held leadership roles in operations management, sales, human resources and customer service across the wireless and professional services industries. In 2002 he was named one of Calgary Magazine's Top 40 Under 40.

Drew holds the Certified Human Resources Professional designation and has been heavily involved at the national and provincial level. He has held leadership roles with the Canadian Council of Human Resources Association, the British Columbia HR Management Association and the HR Association of Calgary, as well as with the Vancouver Opera's Corporate Advisory Council, the Vertigo Theatre in Calgary and the Calgary Society for Persons with Disabilities.

Drew has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Calgary and a foreign policy diploma from Moscow State University in Russia.
