Drew Railton joined The Caldwell Partners International's team as a Partner in 2006 and assumed the role of Managing Partner Western Canada in late 2008. Drew is regularly sought out by clients to assist with their Board, CEO and senior executive recruitment needs.

Prior to joining The Caldwell Partners, Drew was a Regional Vice President and General Manager, Western Canada, with Toombs KWA and previous to that spent seven years recruiting executives across North America with Russell Reynolds and a leading Western Canada boutique. Prior to executive search, Drew held leadership roles in operations management, sales, human resources and customer service across the wireless and professional services industries. In 2002 he was named one of Calgary Magazine's Top 40 Under 40.

Boasting an impressive career as a Human Resources leader, Drew holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and currently sits as Chair of BC HRMA; and is a Director with the Canadian Council of Human Resources. Drew has been a member of the Vancouver Opera's Corporate Advisory Council he has also served as a director, chair of the board and chair of the capital campaign for Vertigo Theatre in Calgary; a director with the Human Resources Association of Calgary; and the Calgary Society for Persons with Disabilities.

Drew has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Calgary and a Foreign Policy Diploma from Moscow State University in Russia.
