Heather joined The Caldwell Partners in 1985 from Dean Witter Reynolds (now Morgan Stanley). Her extensive professional practice encompasses all aspects of executive search in both the not-for-profit and private sectors, with particular emphasis on leadership roles in post-secondary education, healthcare, government, human services, and arts and culture. Heather has been instrumental in the development of Caldwell's executive search methodology and supporting technology.

A graduate of The University of Western Ontario, Heather sits on the Board of the Arthritis Society (Ontario) and is a member of its Council of Champions for a Cure Committee. She is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
