Jeff Freeborough

Jeff Freeborough is a Partner in the Toronto office and is a key member of the Financial Services and Technology practice teams. He has helped clients build management teams and boards of directors, as well as strengthen their rosters with high performance individual contributors.

Before joining The Caldwell Partners International, Jeff was a Partner at a boutique executive search firm where he worked for high growth technology clients and executed numerous engagements in the professional services sector. His financial services clients have included market leaders in securities and capital markets, private equity/merchant banking, insurance, commercial banking and retail brokerage. His search practice has focused on senior executives and their direct reports, as well as key individual resources and sales leaders. Jeff has led and delivered numerous assignments for public companies in addition to private equity-backed growth-oriented organizations.

Prior to executive search, Jeff spent several years as a consultant in the US and Canada specializing in business and technology strategy, and also worked for a number of start-ups in various management roles. Jeff attended Babson College in Massachusetts and earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance and entrepreneurship. He previously earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario.
