Kelly Blair

Kelly Blair is a Senior Partner in the Toronto office of The Caldwell Partners International, and has been with the firm for over 25 years. Her professional work spans a very broad segment of the Canadian business community.

Her work focuses on building senior leadership teams, including the selection and recruitment of Boards of Directors, CEOs, general managers and senior marketing, sales, finance, information technology, human resources, IT and operating executives for a variety of organizations. Kelly currently leads the firm's Financial Services practice and the Consumer Products and Industrial Manufacturing group.

Kelly's work experience also encompasses retail, business services telecommunication and technology. These sectors have been particularly active in recruiting, team building and organization change in the last several years. where general management, operating, sales, marketing and finance talent with different skill sets are in high demand.

She also leads the Canada's Outstanding CEO of the Year^TM and Canada's Top 40 Under 40^TM programs for Caldwell. These recognition programs keep the firm close to the current and future leaders in the country.

Kelly is active in numerous professional organizations and is a former Director and Member of the Nomination Committee for The University of Western Ontario, Alumni Association and a Director of The Robarts Research Institute.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education ( Kinesiology) and Economics from The University of Western Ontario; and has completed The University of Western Ontario's Executive Management Program at the Ivey School of Business.
