Kristin Hebert is a Partner in our San Francisco office and Head of the Legal Practice. Her search work focuses on the recruitment of senior legal and compliance talent. Kristin helps traditional and emerging companies fulfill their senior legal and compliance recruitment needs. She represents large and small public and private companies across many industries including: financial services; aerospace and defense; industrial; consumer products; retail; health care; life sciences and technology.

Kristin concentrates on senior legal talent including: chief legal officers; chief privacy officers; general counsels; chief compliance officers; ethics officers; in-house lawyers at the senior level, and strategic hiring for law firms of partners, specialty associates and groups of lawyers. Kristin also performs searches for other executive positions where a legal background is desired. In addition to her corporate experience, she represents large national law firms and prominent small firms in their strategic-level hiring.

Before joining The Caldwell Partners, Kristin was a Partner and a member of the Global Legal Practice of Heidrick & Struggles. She was previously Head of the Legal Practice of Highland Partners and founded the search firm Kristin Hebert Associates in 1993.

Before establishing her own firm, Kristin was associated with a large Los Angeles-based legal recruiting firm for four years as a search consultant in both its San Francisco and Los Angeles offices.

Kristin earned her bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Southern California in 1987. She serves as a Member of the Development Committee of The Bridge School and she is an Associate Member of The Cancer League, Inc.
