Leah Peskin

Having been in the executive search industry since 1989, Ms. Peskin has established an impressive track record of successfully completed senior-level searches in capital markets, investment banking, alternatives and asset management, with specific expertise in sales, trading, research and quantitative finance for equities and fixed income products: derivatives, proprietary trading, emerging markets and portfolio management. Much of Leah’s success is attributed to her discernment of the 3-5 year goals of both her clients and candidates. This ability to grasp and connect these shared objectives has resulted in exceptionally high performance and subsequent promotion of her candidates, ultimately, adding to the bottom line of the respective business units.

Prior to entering the search industry, Ms. Peskin was part of the corporate bank at Citicorp for sixteen years as a vice president advising on human resources policy. During her tenure with the organization she collaborated on such staffing projects as Position Evaluation, Internal Mobility, Manpower Planning, Affirmative Action, Compensation, and MBA/Professional recruiting.

Ms. Peskin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in history at New York University. She has three children and resides in New York City.
