Michael began his career in executive search in 1985. He specializes in the recruitment of investment management professionals worldwide including analysts, portfolio managers, sales and marketing professionals, traders, client relationship managers, Chief Investment Officers, and Chief Operating Officers.

For more than 20 years Michael has successfully fulfilled the highly selective recruitment requirements of his exacting clients. He has completed a myriad of search assignments for a diverse list of clients comprising many prominent, privately held investment management firms of varied investment styles and sizes. His success is the result of a process that, in part, integrates extensive industry relationships, invaluable research, accurate assessment methodologies, and a comprehensive knowledge of the nuances and dynamics of the investment industry.

Michael was previously employed as a Capital Asset Planner at Grumman Aerospace and CBS, Inc. He graduated from Hofstra University with a B.B.A., and Adelphi University with an MBA.
