Michael Martinolich is a partner in the Financial Services Practice and a member of the New York office. Since 1985, he has specialized in the worldwide recruitment of investment management professionals, such as analysts, portfolio managers, sales and marketing professionals, traders, client relationship managers, chief investment officers, and chief operating officers.

Michael has completed a myriad of search assignments for a diverse list of clients comprising many prominent privately-held investment management firms of varied investment styles and sizes. He successfully fulfills the highly selective recruitment requirements of his exacting clients by taking a strategic and consultative approach to their needs. His success is the result of a process that, in part, integrates extensive industry relationships, in-depth research, accurate assessment methodologies and a comprehensive knowledge of the nuances and dynamics of the investment industry.

Michael joined Caldwell Partners through the 2009 acquisition of Cromwell Partners, a boutique executive search firm that served the financial services industry. Prior to joining the executive search industry, he was employed as a capital asset planner at Grumman Aerospace and CBS, Inc.

He holds a BBA from Hofstra University and an MBA from Adelphi University.
