With successful search results for over 20 years in private and broader public and not for profit sectors, Ron has led a number of searches in the retail and finance sectors. His particular focus is on senior management and Board of Director searches.

Prior to joining The Caldwell Partners International, he spent 15 years in general management and as a marketing executive in the mutual fund industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, The University of Western Ontario.

Ron is a Member of the Ivey Advisory Board. He is also the Chair of the Nominating Committee and a Member of the Executive Committee, The Richard Ivey School of Business. He sits on the Board of Directors for The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. He is also a Member of the Marketing Board for the Royal Ontario Museum.
