Mr. Bilby’s fifteen-year career in the executive search industry, gives him a deep and impressive knowledge of his markets. Mr. Bilby has completed numerous private equity and hedge fund related assignments within the United States, Europe and Asia. He has completed searches at the Vice President through Managing Director/Partner level within alternative asset capital raising, prime brokerage, real estate, and investment management. Over the years, Mr. Bilby has completed significant search assignments for firms that include Blackstone Group, Park Hill Group, Citigroup, GAM, KKR, and Davidson Kempner Capital.

Scott is exceptionally adept at engaging and assessing some of the most successful professionals in the business. By winning the confidence and trust of these top-performers he has positioned his clients with a competitive edge in the hard fought battle for talent.

Prior to entering the search industry, Mr. Bilby was a Finance Manager with Sedgwick James responsible for financial analysis and reporting and was also part of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He began his career with International Paper as a Facility Controller, having transitioned from the firm’s Financial Management Program.

Mr. Bilby earned his MBA in Finance at Pace University and attended Fairfield University graduating with a B.S. degree in Accounting. Scott is married with two children and resides in Chatham, New Jersey.
