Sharon Rubin Stein joined Caldwell Partners International in 2010. She has over 15 years of experience in executive search, the majority of which have been focused on recruiting senior-level executives across private equity, consumer finance, consumer packaged goods, and capital markets. Functionally, her search practice spans general management, marketing and marketing analytics, and business/corporate development. Additionally, she has particular expertise in recruiting management consultants from the top-tier strategy firms to a wide variety of roles in Fortune 500 corporations and private equity firms.

Sharon is known for maintaining long-term client relationships by consistently delivering excellence in execution through precision recruiting. Her results-driven approach is the key to her extremely high completion rate. Furthermore, she partners and strategizes with her clients to address how human capital can contribute to bottom line growth.

Most recently the Founder and President of Sagamore, NA, a retained executive search firm based in New York, Sharon previously served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Raines International, Inc. She began her career in search at HigdonPrince.

Sharon graduated Summa Cum Laude from Union College with a B.S. in Psychology and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
